TUCSON, Ariz. Pro Sports Radio will continue its coverage of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) and the Arizona Heat this Monday (8/16) and Wednesday (8/18) evenings when the Heat play host to the NY/NJ Juggernaut at 7:35 p.m. both nights.
Aaron Moore will handle the play-by-play duties for the broadcasts, while Bob Eres will handle the color commentary and in-game interviews. Fans can listen to the games by visiting the NPF page at Pro Sports Radio (www.npf.prosportsradio.com) and then by clicking on the Arizona Heat team logo. The logo will take fans directly to the broadcast.
Mondays game will be the first of four between the two teams with the game carrying significant importance in the standings for the Juggernaut. The Juggernaut has clinched a playoff berth, but they currently sit 2.0 games behind Akron for second place in the league standings.
Amanda Scott is expected to toe the rubber for the Nauts in game one of the series, and the Heats Erica Beach will most likely oppose her. Official word on the game starters has not been officially announced.
Wednesdays broadcast will mark the conclusion of the 2004 NPF Regular Season for both teams. First pitch is scheduled for 7:35 p.m. PDT and it is Fan Appreciation Night at the ballpark with the Heat.

National Pro Fastpitch is the only professional womens fastpitch league in the United States. The league is headquartered in Denver, and has been in operation since 1997 under the names Womens Pro Fastpitch (WPF) and Womens Professional Softball League (WPSL).
