STRATFORD- The Connecticut Brakettes' long awaited debut in the National Pro Fastpitch league will have to wait for one more day. The Brakettes led the New England Riptide 1-0 after four innings before a fast-moving thunderstorm deposited a few inches of rain on the Frank DeLuca Hall of Fame diamond resulting in the cancellation of the contest.
